It’s time once again for another session of Culture Connection Summer Concert Series on Thursday, July 6 at 7:00 pm at the Price City Peace Gardens with the group called Mesozoic. Program Coordinator, Ted Hinckley took time to speak over the telephone with Castle Country Radio to share all the concert details.

“So Mesozoic is a group out of Kanab, Utah. I’ve come across them in Kanab and they’re really good, I think these guys play Classic Rock and Roll and they do it really well and you can tell they like the genre so they play with commitment and I think that you will really enjoy Mesozoic,” said Hinckley. We all know how the Castle Country area loves their classic rock so this band is sure to entertain the crowd with some of your favorite hits.

“When we set out to do this series this year, you know we kind of, we wanted to present a variety of music to people, but you know Lane was like ok you’ve got to have classic rock, you’ve got to have country. We’ve had with Mesozoic, we’ll have had both of those. I really think people will enjoy Mesozoic,” stated Hinckley. The five-member band will bring their high energy show to folks while playing hits from the 70s and 80s.

The free outdoor summer concerts are a great way to unwind from the hustle and bustle of a busy work week. Spectators are reminded to bring their lawn chairs and blankets as they find a spot to sit and enjoy the band. Remember to invite family members, friends and neighbors out for an entertaining evening at the Price City Peace Garden on Main Street.

The next band scheduled to perform for Culture Connection on Thursday, July 13, will feature a local favorite Los Hermanos de los Andes who are a Peruvian Mountain Music. To see this year’s concert schedule, visit Price City’s website at http://www.priceutah.net/
