Joyce Williams, age 89, of West Valley City, Utah passed away peacefully on July 20, 2023.

Funeral services for Joyce are scheduled for Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Mitchell Funeral Home (233 East Main Street) in Price. The family will receive friends from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. prior to the service. Burial will follow in the Wellington City Cemetery.
