Our beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend, Carlos R. Ramirez, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 21, 2023. He was known for his great sense of humor. His catchphrase was always said with a huge laugh and smile, as many who know and love him will tell you, “Are you serious!”

Carlos found great joy in volunteering countless hours to help fill bags of food and other necessities for families in need within our community at the Carbon County Food Bank. He truly had a giving heart.

He is survived by his father, Daniel Ramirez, Sr.; and siblings, Sandra (Santos) Ruiz, Daniel (Maria E.) Ramirez, Jr., and Laura (Brent) Larsen, all of Price, Utah. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by his mother, Rosa M. Ramirez; grandparents, Erasmo and Ventura Ramirez Villa and Carlos and Eladia Gaytan; and nephew, Santos Ruiz, Jr.

Brother, your earthly struggle is over and someday soon we will be together again. Until then, God has you in His arms and we have you in our hearts.

Funeral services for Carlos are scheduled for Friday, July 28, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Mitchell Funeral Home (233 East Main Street) in Price where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in the Cliffview Cemetery.
