Shirley Denise Rich Ryser was born October 14, 1962. She passed away peacefully on July 29, 2023 in her home surrounded by her loving family after a long battle with cancer.

She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to all. Shirley loved the outdoors, fishing, camping, and four-wheeling. Shirley loved all children and puppies. One of her favorite things to do was following her grandchildren to all of their various activities. You always knew when you walked through the door you were going to be accommodated and greeted with a big kiss on the forehead. She was an avid fan of the Utah Jazz, and her Nascar driver Martin Truex, Jr.

Survived by her loving husband, Ronald Ryser; son, Michael (Jessica) Ryser; daughter, Patricia (Jason) Atkinson; siblings, Leon Rich, Ann Behunin and Merrille, Dave Rich, Ike Rich and Deb, Joyce (Patrick) Sanchez; grandchildren, Caden Noyes, Corteney Noyes, Ellie Burton, Skyler Ryser, Travis Atkinson.

Preceded in death by her parents, David and Ruth Rich; mother and father-in-law, Ronald and Colleen Ryser; sisters-in-law, Judy Ryser-Jones, Susie Ryser and Frances Rich; brother-in-law, Darel Behunin.

Funeral service, Thursday, August 3, 2023, 11:00 a.m., Mitchell Funeral Home (233 East Main Street, Price). Family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6:00-7:00 p.m. and Thursday one hour prior to service at Mitchell Funeral Home. Interment, Cliffview Cemetery.
