Our loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend, Bruce B. Christensen, age 82, passed away August 2, 2023.

He was born December 18, 1940 in Price, Utah to Cox B. and Charlotte Perrigo Christensen.

Married Sherry L. Fowler February 14, 1961 in Price, Utah. Sherry referred to this as “Mom’s Funny Valentine”.

Bruce was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Helper. He enjoyed target and trap shooting with friends. Bruce was a great gunsmith and enjoyed working on guns. Bruce was a member of the Chuckwagon Riders. He loved to ride horses, going hunting and he loved his beer.  His love for his grandkids, wife and children was unmeasurable. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Survived by his wife, Sherry L. Christensen, Helper; daughters, Wendy (Garrett) Marshall, Huntington, Keri, Price; grandchildren, Courtney and Tanner Vasten, Colorado, Makenna and Payton Marshall, Huntington, Kennan Richardson, Price; five great grandchildren in Colorado; sister-in-law, Peggy Fowler; a community of best friends.

Preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Kelly, Todd, Max Christensen; brother-in-law, Gary L. Fowler.

Funeral Mass, Tuesday, August 8, 2023, 10:00 a.m., St. Anthony Catholic Church in Helper where the family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Committal, Mt. View Cemetery, Helper.
