It is with great sadness that we announce that Charla Ann Lofley Every, 72, passed away at home in the loving arms of her family on August 2, 2023.

Charla was born September 29, 1950 in Price, Utah to Charles and Annie Beryl Tidwell Lofley.  She married the love of her life, Wayne Every, on October 25, 1968 in Elmo, Utah.

Charla lived for her family and was especially proud of being able to assist her family in any way possible.  Her home was her safe haven, and in her younger years she loved working in the yard and tending her flowers.  Everyone who knew Charla, knew that she was an animal lover who especially loved her dogs.  She enjoyed crocheting, needlework and quilting alongside her mother.  Charla will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Charla is survived by her husband, Wayne Every; sons, Ralph Every and Jeffery Every, all of Elmo; her granddaughter, Tashawna Lynn Every, Texas; siblings, Joleen Athos, Spokane, WA, Raymond (Debbie) Lofley, Price, Cindy (Jimmie) Schwegerl, Lincoln City, OR, Robbie (Rene) Lofley, Wellington, Clay (Dionne) Lofley, Castle Dale, Casey (Doufil) Lofley, Rusty (Andrea) Lofley, Wright, Wy; sisters-in-law, Sue (Lyman) Fiack, Spring Glen, Lona Every, Carbonville.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Beryl Lofley.

A celebration of Charla’s life will be this Saturday, August 5, 2023, 3:00 p.m., at Mitchell Funeral Home (233 East Main Street) in Price where a viewing will take place one hour prior to the service.
