Sharlene Beardall, age 70, passed away peacefully on August 22, 2023. She was born in Price, Utah on August 16, 1953, to Keith Eugene and Maurine Spratling Beardall.

Entering this life with significant health challenges did not define her. Though limited by physical handicaps, she approached each day with a big smile and a determination to bring happiness to others. Her humor, kindness, and unconditional love lifted and strengthened all within her reach. Truly without guile, she radiated love, happiness, and hope. She was an active member of the LDS Church. She had a great love for her Heavenly Father and Savior Jesus Christ. She was a true disciple of Jesus Christ and sought to follow Him throughout her life.

Growing up in Heber City, Utah, she attended the Wasatch Training School whose founding was spearheaded by her parents. After settling in Price, she attended the Castle Valley Center workshop for many years where she served as a part-time aide and developed many lasting friendships.

She loved and cherished her family and was truly loved and cherished by them.  She is survived by her three siblings, Larry (Laurie) Beardall of St. George, Peggy (Bob) Fox of Rock Springs, Brenda (Ken) Kirkwood of Price; and nine nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents Keith and Maurine.

The family is grateful for the wonderful care she received at Parkdale Health and Rehab for the past 14 years and for the countless individuals who were such an important part of her life.

Funeral service, Saturday, August 26, 2023, 11:00 a.m., Mitchell Funeral Home (233 East Main Street, Price, Utah 84501) where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will be near her beloved parents in the Springville Evergreen Cemetery (1997 S 400 E St, Springville, UT 84663) at 2:00 p.m.
