Lady Dinos tennis gets ready to enter the final month of the season and has been putting together some good wins, and that would continue Tuesday against the Delta Rabbits when the Dinos took a 5-1 win at the tennis courts in Price.

Carbon has won three of their last four matches with wins over Emery, Manti and now Delta, their only loss came at the hands of Juab on the road last week.

In first singles, Ella Anderson put up a serious fight taking her opponent Marvella Young to the brink as Anderson won the first set 6-3. Young would come back in the next two sets winning both 6-4 and 6-3. Audrey Hatch took the straight set victory in her second doubles match 7-6 (7-2), 6-1, and in third singles Izabelle Pugliese won her straight set match wit Britney Boardman 6-1 and 6-1.

In doubles matches, Carbon was a perfect 3-0.  Lyndie Richardson and Allena Ison earned the 6-3  and 6-0 win over Kylie Gardner and Amy Moyano. Emmalee Miller and Veronica Cartwright won their match in straight sets 6-1, 6-0 in second doubles and in third doubles, Ember Dalton and Gianna Valdez defeated Camrie Anderson and Meg Carroll 6-0 and 6-4.

Carbon is on the road Thursday, when they travel to Cedar City to face Canyon View.
