Emery traveled to Lakeside Park in Orem for the Timpanogos Invitational along with 32 other schools from across all classifications. Over 200 runners participated in both the boys and girls classes.

For the Lady Spartan runners Addie Hurst finished in 46th place, Addyson Guymon was in 58th. Carlie Hurst, Melody Lake and Kallee Lake rounded out the top finishers for Emery.

On the boys side, Camdon Larsen was the top finisher for the Spartans in 43rd. Dillan Larsen, Jack Christiansen, Mason Hurdsman and Stetson Albrecth made up the remainder of Emery’s top five.

Emery will be back at it on Thursday when they travel to Nephi for the meet at Juab High School. September 13 they will be at the Regional Athletic Complex for a pre-state meet. On September 20th they will be at the Carbon Country for the Carbon Invitational.
