On Tuesday the Lady Dinos tennis team traveled to Mount Pleasant to face the North Sanpete Hawks. Out of the six matches on the day Carbon only claimed victories in two of them falling to North Sanpete 4-2.

In the opening match of the day Carbon’s Ella Anderson defeated North Sanpete’s Abrianna Benson in straight sets 6-3 and 6-3.

The third singles match between Izabelle Pugliese and Genvieve Thompson saw the Dinos Pugliese take two of three sets for the win 6-2,4-6, and 6-3.

The Dinos sit at 3-5 this season and will get right back to business Wednesday when they travel to Richfield to face the Wildcats. And then back on the court again Thursday in Castle Dale to face the Emery Spartans
