The Dinos and Spartans met on Tuesday for the final match of the regular season. This was the final home game for the Spartans who used it as a day to celebrate their seniors. Carbon worked their way through the contest coming out on top 4-0.

The Lady Spartans were a young team this season and they will lose five girls to graduation. Melody Lake, Audrey Yost, Madi Bunnell, Dacelyn Minchey, and Purity Mason will move on for next season.

In the contest Tuesday, Carbon was able to find the back of the net once in the first half, claiming the 1-0 lead at halftime.  In the second, the Lady Dinos scored three more times pushing the score to 4-0 with Carbon taking the win.

For the Dinos, Amiah Timothy lead the way with a pair of goals, Bailey Johnson added one goal plus collected a pair of assists. Mayah Gonzales added a goal as well. Emma Bowman and Allie Smith collected an assist each, and Fortune Ward earned eight saves in the contest.

The Lady Spartans and Lady Dinos will now wait for the final RPI to be released along with the bracket to be revealed for the 3A State Soccer Championships.
