Lady Dino volleyball made the trip to Cedar City to face the Canyon View Falcons. Canyon View is one of the top teams in all of 3A and with the season winding down, every game is more important than the one before it. In a match that was a battle as expected, the Dinos came out on top 3-1 earning the region sweep of the Falcons.

Canyon View is one of the top programs in 3A, and it showed in the match with the Dinos. Carbon came out and took the first set 25-23. In set two, Carbon came back and earned a 27-25 win.

Set three went to the Falcons,  25-23. Carbon fought back in the fourth and final set 25-21 taking the 3-1 match win.

The Lady Dinos have regained the top spot in the RPI rankings followed by Morgan, Emery, Canyon View, and Union round out the top five.

Carbon will travel to Richfield for the Sevier Invitational, where they will face Payson and Parowan on Saturday.

They will then get back to the final three matches of the regular season.

They will be back home on Tuesday to face Manti for Senior Night.
