Sandra Dee Larsen, age 51, passed away October 15, 2023 after a lengthy battle with her health.

Sandra was born September 20, 1972 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Leah Louise Long. She married Kevin Joe Larsen in Manti, Utah in August 2002.

Sandra loved to go fishing, camping, hiking and swimming whenever she had the chance, whether in the pool or reservoir. She enjoyed going on walks in the neighborhood and spending time with family. She loved all animals, especially her dogs.

Survived by her spouse, Kevin Larsen, East Carbon; half-brother, Robert Wright; cousins, Henry Mayfield, Tina Craft, Tony Romero, Amanda Romano, Cindy, Long, Lorraine Ames, Tammy Wright, Lauri, Shaylynn and Natasha Mayfield.

Preceded in death by her mother; grandmother; and numerous aunts and uncles.

Per Sandra’s request cremation will take place and their will be no services. Arrangements entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home where friends are welcome daily and may share memories at www.mitchellfuneralhome.net.
