The Emery Spartans have moved into the semi-finals after their four set win over the Delta Rabbits. Delta came out and grabbed the first set 25-23, but after that it was all about the Lady Spartans winning the next three sets and punching their ticket to the next round 3-1.

Delta claimed the opening set win 25-23. The Spartans came back taking it to the Rabbits in the second set earning the 25-19 win. Set number three was a battle with both teams fighting for the win with Emery taking the 25-23 win. In the fourth, and what would tun out to be the final set, the Lady Spartans finished off the Rabbits, winning the final set 25-13, and the match 3-1.

Emery can now rest up as that concludes their matches for today they will get started tomorrow at 11:00 a.m., when they will face No. 5 Manti. The Templars made their way into the semis by beating Canyon View in straight sets.

A win in the contest with Manti puts them in the state final at 4:30 p.m..
