Jennifer Lee Allred, born August 20, 1971 to Orson W. Allred and Laura L. Allred in Price, Utah passed away October 23, 2023 in Provo, Utah at the age of 52 surrounded by family after a long courageous battle with terminal health issues.
Anybody who ever met Jennifer would attest to the charismatic and magnetic personality she had. No matter how good or bad the situation, Jennifer was never afraid to tell you just exactly what she thought. Even more so Jennifer was known for her infectious and sometimes dark humor even up until the very last moments of her life. She was always focused on making sure those around her, especially family, were taken care of and would give you the shirt off her back or her last dollar if she could.
Jennifer grew up in the small town of Price, Utah and would always be the first to tell you, “When I grow up, I want to be a mother,” and she did just that. In 1993, Jennifer’s dream came true when out of her new marriage to Glenn Neilson brought about two wonderful sons, Timothy and Joshua. Jennifer’s two sons were commonly referred to as one of her proudest accomplishments. Being so ill, Jennifer was especially proud to tell family and friends that she was able to make it to see both of her sons get married.
Jennifer always spread love everywhere she went and will be leaving a void in many hearts.
Survived by her mother, Laura Allred; brother, Matt Allred; sister, Tracy Smeeton; sons, Timothy Chiado (Jimmy Chiado) and Joshua Simpson (Justin Simpson); her best friend, Trudy Snider; and also, MANY fur grandbabies she loved dearly.
Preceded in death by her father, Orson W. Allred; and grandparents, Helen and Moyle Allred and Rod and Helen Hunt.
