The Dinos were on the road on Friday night in Kamas to face the South Summit Wildcats. South Summit outscored Carbon in every quarter taking a 78-55 win on their homefloor.

Carbon is sitting at 1-2 this season, with their lone win coming against Union on the opening night of the season. South Summit on the other hand is riding a five game streak to start the season of a perfect 5-0. Friday night the Dinos couldn’t slow the Wildcats offense giving up 20 points in the first quarter. In quarter two, South Summit continued the intensity adding to the lead taking a 37-25 advantage over the Dinos into the locker room at halftime.

The second half was almost a copy of the first as the Dinos could never get over the hump offensively, and defensively the Wildcats continued their scoring, closing out the Dinos taking the 78-55 win.
