The Carbon Dino boy’s wrestling team welcomed in South Summit on Thursday night. Coming off a weekend of tremendous wrestling as they hosted the Dave Smith Memorial, the Dinos were only able to earn wins in three matches, falling 65-17.

Trevor Jones who has wrestled well this season at 120 pounds won his match over South Summit’s Jax Maxfield by technical fall. Another wrestler who is having success is Brax Tapia at 132 winning by fall in his match with Gunner Klinger, and at 150, Preston Martinez won by fall over his opponent Wylie Miles.

Carbon will be on the road this weekend when they travel to the Viewmont Invitational.
