James Russell (JR) Nelson, beloved husband to Lynda Guymon Nelson, passed away peacefully in Castle Dale on February 6, 2024. He was 75.

Funeral service, Saturday, February 17, 2024, 11:00 a.m., Ferron Stake Center (555 S 400 W, Ferron, UT 84523). The family will receive friends Friday evening at the church from 6:00-8:00 p.m., and at the church Saturday morning beginning at 9:30 a.m. Interment, Ferron City Cemetery.
