Price City is excited to be hosting a Renaissance Festival on Apr. 26 and 27 at both the Washington and Pioneer Parks. Castle Country Radio was able to sit down with Event Coordinator, Megan Marshall to discuss all the details for this year’s festival.

“We’ve got a lot of surprises in store this year, a lot of free activities, family friendly activities – as far as, costume contests, scavenger hunts, surprise entertainment coming in, things that this community hasn’t seen before, its going to blow your mind,” stated Marshall. There will be live demonstrations, amazing performers, live combat, contests & tournaments. There will be a plethora of vendors selling goods throughout the festival, they are coming from all over the country.

A new event that will be held this year is an opportunity to attend the King’s Feast on Friday evening. “It’s a new event this year, it’s a pretty common practice from Renaissance Festivals all over the country. So we’re able to do this we have reserved the Pioneer Park Pavilion it will be decorated, you’ll feel fully immersed, get a full course meal, and exclusive entertainment just for those tickets holders,” explained Marshall. The dinner will be catered by Ruben’s BBQ who will be cooking Cornish Game Hens as the main course. Limited seating is available. The cost for a ticket is $25.00 per person. The festival will kick off on Friday, April 26 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a movie in the park at 8:00 pm. Then on Saturday, April 27 from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm with an after party scheduled to take place from 8:00 pm to 1:00 am. “https://www.pricecityutah.com/ is going to be your fastest source of information, it will show event times, entertainers, food availability.
