The Lady Dinos traveled to Millsite, the home course of the Emery High Spartans. Carbon posted a score of 433 which was enough to land them in fourth place.

The season is headed into the final stretch with three region matches on the schedule before the Region 12 Championships coming up on April 29. The 3A State Golf Championships will take place at the Meadow Brook Golf Course on May 8 & 9 .

Richfield took the top spot shooting a 320, Emery finished in second with a 379. Juab, Carbon and Manti made up the top five. Shelby Gardner of Richfield carded the low round with a 76.

Carbon’s Carley West shot an 85 to lead the Lady Dinos. Kaylynn Black shot a 102, Grace Simms carded a 103 and Ashlynn Coho rounded out the scoring with a 143.

Carbon move their sights to Cedar Ridge this week, the home course of the Canyon View Falcons. There will also be one more make up match in Manti before the end of the season on April 24.
