After a two-game slide, Carbon Dino baseball got back to their winning ways on Monday. The Dinos had lost their last two before Union came to town. The Dinos came on in the third and used the late innings to take a 6-3 win over the 13-9 Cougars.

Carbon added a pair of runs in the bottom of the fifth when Logan Madrigal grounded out to the shortstop as Cameron Vasquez would score. Two batters later Logan Bennett would single on a grounder to center driving in Michael Vigil to push the score to 5-1. The Dinos would add one more in the bottom of the sixth when Prichard would score on a steal of home.
