Dale Franklin Stofko, age 71, passed away on Friday, May 10, 2024 at Utah Valley Hospital in Provo, Utah.

Dale was born on March 16, 1953 to Andrew and Della Stofko in Alton, Illinois.

Dale worked as a cement mason for most of his life and really enjoyed it. His love for the mountains and Joe’s Valley was almost as deep as his love for his nieces and nephews. His pride and joy were his grandkids, Sammy Ray Denison and Tyson Jerry Allen.

Survived by his sister-in-law, Lois Stofko of Castle Dale, Utah; nieces, Jeanie (Ian) Denison of Cedaredge, Colorado and Jamie Stofko of Castle Dale, Utah; sister, Jody (Jim) Benhart of Geneseo, Illinois; grandkids, Kadian (Katye) Denison of Rangely, Colorado, Douglas (Aspen) Denison of Rangely, Colorado, Samantha Denison of Cedaredge, Colorado, and Tyson Jerry Allen of Castle Dale, Utah; and great-granddaughter, Saylor Denison of Rangely, Colorado.

Preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Della Stofko; and brothers, Jerry and Steven Stofko.
