Castle Country Radio had the opportunity to sit down with Darren Knott, Owner and CEO of Bill’s Home Furnishings, to discuss a new addition to Sportsman’s Corner in the store, the Byrna Launcher.

Knott described the purpose of the Bryna Launcher,” A lot of people are afraid to own a gun for self-defense because of accidents and stuff like that. The Bryna Launcher is an answer to that. It’s a nonlethal projection system that is legal in all 50 states that shoots a marble-sized pellet and has a range of about 25 yards.”

The base model of the gun comes with “kinetic rounds” that cause extreme pain when they strike a person, but additional varieties of ammunition are available including tear gas and pepper spray.

Knott ended the interview by saying that if you are very interested in purchasing a launcher, you can test one out at the store. The Byrna Launcher is available for sale in Sportsman’s Corner inside of Bill’s Home Furnishings located in Price at 45 South 300 East.
