The Dinos traveled to West Valley City and The Ridge Golf Club for the Region 12 meet on Wednesday, the same course that will host this season’s State Championships. The Dinos had three golfers shoot a 78 bringing their total score to 314 landing them in third.

Richfield earned the top spot for the third consecutive week with a 297, and Juab finished in second scoring a 308. Carbon (314),  Delta (322) and Emery (339) rounded out the top five. Max Albrecht of Richfield had the low round of the day shooting a 70.

Rydge Butler, Dayton King, and Levi King all shot 78 for the Dinos, Cash Withers shot an 80 to make up the scoring four for Carbon. Paxton Falk shot an 82, Jackson Bosone carded a 96, Kolten Wilkinson shot a 108 and Tanner Greenhalgh a 124.

Next week on September 5, the region will descend on the Canyon Hill Golf Course, the home of the Juab Wasps.
