Plumbing excellence must run in the family as on Wednesday, Dec. 18, following the ribbon cutting for The Swell Plumber which is owned and operated by Kurt Madsen the day before, another plumbing business was celebrated with a ribbon cutting as J & R Portable Toilet Rentals and Service snapped the scissors. The connection? Owner and CEO of J & R Jayson Fausett is the son of Madsen.

Speaking at the ceremony, Fausett explained,” We specialize in portable toilet rentals for events, construction sites, etc. No job is too big or too small. For all your toilet needs, we’ve got you covered.” In addition to the portable toilets, J & R also offers services such as portable hand washing stations and septic tank services such as pumping and inspection.

Currently, J & R operates in Carbon and Emery counties, but Fausett spoke of plans to hopefully expand in the future. 

Speaking to Castle Country Radio, we asked Fausett how he got into the septic tank and portable toilet business,” I don’t know. It kind of just fell into it.” Fausett’s business partner Randall Stilson cited the slogan proudly displayed on the side of their truck,” Your #2 is our #1.”

Fausett then discussed what he’s most excited about working in the Castle Country Area,” I just want to get out there and serve everybody. I want to be a friend to the customers more than anything.”
