
Allan P. Sorensen (Frog), 76, of Huntington, Utah passed away peacefully at home on January 13, 2025, surrounded by family.
Allan was born November 21, 1948, in Herning, Denmark to Verner and Annie Sorensen. In 1960, the Sorensen family emigrated to Utah where Allan graduated from Provo High School in 1967. Following graduation, Allan joined the US Army, serving four years with honors.
Allan returned to Utah where in 1972 he married his first wife, Karen, and went on to have three sons, Wayne, Clint, and David.
In 1987, Allan married Mae Evridge and gained four new children, Brandy, Dale, Jackie, and Jake. Allan had a long career driving for Western Coal Carriers and Nielson Construction.
Allan had a love for classic cars and treasure hunting, and enjoyed spending time with family in the desert.
Allan is survived by his wife, Mae; children, Clint (Amie) Sorensen, David Sorensen, Brandy Moon, Dale (McCall) Fuller, Jackie (Kasey) Jensen; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Allan was preceded in death by his sons, Wayne Sorensen and Jake Fuller.
He will be missed greatly by his family and a community of friends.
Funeral service, Wednesday, January 22, 2025, 1:00 p.m., Miller’s Landing (Mitchell Funeral Home, 123 North Main Street, Huntington, Utah 84528), where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment, Huntington City Cemetery.
