Patricia Debelak, age 57, passed away on January 19, 2025 in Provo, Utah.

Funeral Service, Thursday, January 30, 2025, 2:00 p.m., Mitchell Funeral Home (233 East Main Street) in Price. The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. prior to the service. Interment will take place in the Elsinore Cemetery on Friday, January 31, 2025 at 12:00 (noon).
