Cecil Thomas Kiddy Jr., age 83, passed away peacefully at his home on January 23, 2025.

He was born on October 3, 1941 in Claremore, Oklahoma to Cecil Thomas Sr. and Valta Jean Edmond Kiddy. Cecil married Priscilla Manuelita Leyba in Dragerton on April 23, 1966.

Cecil worked his adult life as an engineer surveyor for the US Government in Ouray, Colorado. He loved the outdoors, especially hunting. He was a member of the Catholic Church and was a dutiful Knight of Columbus.

Cecil was a college graduate and used his time to be an advocate for AA and NA for 32 years. He will be missed greatly by his family and a community of friends.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to CNS Hospice, especially Autumn, for everything she did for them. Her service did not go unnoticed.

Cecil’s wishes were to be cremated. Arrangements entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home of Price and Huntington where friends are always welcome daily and may share memories of Cecil online at www.mitchellfuneralhome.net.
