Mark E. Minchey, age 88, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at his home in Toquerville, Utah on February 10, 2025.

A Public Visitation will take place on Friday, February 14, 2025 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. at Mitchell Funeral Home (233 East Main Street) in Price. Private Funeral Services will take place the following day, Saturday, February 15, 2025; following which, Mark will be laid to rest in the Elmo Town Cemetery.
