Richard Chipman Borrell, age 77, passed away March 23, 2025.

He was born June 6, 1947 in Price, Utah to Richard Bert and Camille Chipman Borrell.

Funeral service Saturday, March 29, 2025, 10:00 a.m. at Mitchell Funeral Home in Price with a public visitation at 9:00 a.m. Graveside service will follow at 11:00 a.m. in the Price City Cemetery with military honors.
