
Barbara Jean Migliaccio, 93, passed away May 13, 2025 in the comforts of her home.
She was born July 10, 1931 in Moorewood, Oklahoma to Cletias Odell and Vera Payne Steele. Barbara married Tony Migliaccio, August 16, 1952 in East Carbon, Utah; he preceded her in death on June 8, 2004.
Barbara was an avid outdoorsman who loved golfing, fishing and searching for arrowheads. She also loved gardening and working in and around her home. Barbara enjoyed gambling and she always looked forward to her trips to Mesquite and Wendover with family and friends. Barbara touched the lives of many and she will be remembered for her generosity and lively personality.
Barbara is survived by one daughter and two sons, Debbie (Danny) Howa, Price, Brent Migliaccio, Dinosaur, CO., Mark (Annette) Migliaccio, Syracuse, UT; her twin sister, Kathryn Mednick, Salt Lake City; sisters, Gwen (Harold) Dahl, Joyce Jaramillo, both of Pahrump, NV; brother, Dwayne (Mary Lou) Steele, East Carbon; nine grandchildren, Danielle (Jason) Pendergrass, Deann Howa (David Kim), Dallas (Cazzie) Howa, Derek Howa and Brie, Mandy (Thad) Whiteside, Amy (Johnny) Ruggeri, Megan (Terrance) Powell, Brittany (Shane) Wible, Scott Migliaccio and 15 great-grandchildren.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Tony Migliaccio; daughter-in-law, Annette Migliaccio; and a great-grandchild, Tristan Ruggeri.
Per Barbara’s wishes, no services will be held. A celebration of life will be held in her honor at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home of Price and Huntington where friends are always welcome daily and may share memories of Barbara online at www.mitchellfuneralhome.net
