The Pinnacle Lady Panther Volleyball squad traveled to Dugway on Tuesday to take on the Mustangs. This was the second time they had squared off this season, and the result was the same, a 3-0 win for Pinnacle.

The Panthers sit at 4-3 overall with just one more match (August 26 at Merit Prep) before they will dive into region play on September 2 when the Monticello Buckaroo comes to town.

Pinnacle was in familiar territory on Tuesday when taking on Dugway, and it showed in the opening set with the Panthers earning a 25-13 win. In set two, Pinnacle turned up the defense and held the Mustangs to just nine points on their way to a 25-9 victory. In the third, and what would be the final set, Dugway increased its intensity, but it was too little too late as Pinnacle closed them out 25-16.

The Lady Panthers will now have some time off before they jump back on the court Tuesday, when they will take on the Merit Preparatory Academy Knights.
