Residents from across the Castle Country gathered around the main stage at Helper Saturday Vibes on Saturday, Aug. 23, as those in attendance awaited the results of Castle Country Radio’s 2025 ‘Summer of Fun’ giveaway.
Up for grabs was a Pit Boss Smoker courtesy of IFA, a set of tires from C.A.R.S., a patio set from Bill’s Home Furnishings and the grand prize of a hot tub from Take a Break Spas.
To qualify, residents had to visit various live broadcasts across Carbon and Emery counties. These broadcasts – which were hosted by KARB 98.3 & 106.7 Kickin’ Country host Dave Hocanson and KRPX 95.3 the Peak host Mallery Dunn – took attendees to businesses across the Castle Country in a significant cross-promotional effort.
These broadcasts culminated at Helper Saturday Vibes, where the winners were selected and announced on the main stage.
The winners were as follows:
- Pit Boss Smoker from IFA- Brenda Quick
- Tires from C. A. R. S- Justin Fish
- Patio set from Bill’s Home Furnishings- Nikki Guzman
- Hot tub from Take a Break Spas- Nathan Lewcero
During check-in, Lewcero declared that he would be walking away with the hot tub. When his name was called, both Hocanson and Dunn were shocked by the prediction becoming a reality.
