Lady Panther volleyball started region play on Tuesday as the Monticello Buckaroo traveled to Price. Coming off three straight wins, the Panthers faced Monticello, and the Buckaroo took the first three sets from Pinnacle to get the win.

Pinnacle had just collected wins from Wendover, Dugway, and Merit Preparatory Academy and was ready to begin region play against Monticello.

The Buckaroos overwhelmed the Lady Panthers, taking a 25-11 win in the first set. In set two, Monticello claimed another victory, 25-10, and then went on to take a win in the third and what would be the final set, 25-7.

On Thursday, they jump back into region play as they welcome the Whitehorse Raiders to Price.

Game time is set for 6:15 p.m..
