Colleen (Larsen) Jensen, age 88, returned to her heavenly home on October 23, 2025. She was born November 24, 1936, in Cleveland, Utah to Alma Verdell and Nola Jean Hanson Larsen.

She married her sweetheart, Marvin Jensen, on December 24, 1955, at the home of Marvin’s parents in Cleveland. They were later sealed in the Manti temple on April 24, 1964. Together, they built a home, a business, and a family in Cleveland.

Mom was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She served in many leadership callings and taught her family through her example to put God first and he would take care of everything else.

Her life was her family! She was loving and kind, and a devoted wife, mom, grandma, great-grandma, sibling, and friend. Her homemade rolls, cookies, and everything she baked were unmatched, because she baked them with love. Mom took pride in making her yard beautiful, but she is most famous for her annual Christmas light display.

She is survived by her children, Shen (Verla), Tawn (Kath), and Darrin (Chandra); grandchildren, Gus, Jacie (Blake), Jeramiah (Melissa), Ali (Michael), Tate (Shari), Shelby (Kelsie), Shantz (Kaitlyn), Shekiya, and Nicole; and 19 great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Marvin; parents, Verdell and Nola; brother, Buzz Larsen; and great-grandson, Charlie Rasmussen.

The family would like to thank CNS Home Health and Hospice and a very special thank-you to Kim and Kya.

Funeral Service, Wednesday, October 29, 2025, 11:00 a.m., Cleveland Ward Chapel (350 West 40 North) in Cleveland.
