The Lady Dinos opened postseason play at the Utah Community Credit Union Center on the campus of Utah Valley University on Monday morning, taking on the No. 4 Delta Rabbits. This was the second time this season the teams had met, and the result was the same: the Rabbits won 3-0.

Carbon entered the postseason with the No.13 spot in the rankings and drew the No. 4 Rabbits.

The two teams came out ready for battle as they went back and forth in the opening set, but Delta grabbed the 25-19 win. Carbon found something in the second set, and they swapped the lead with Delta pushing the Rabbits, but when the dust settled, it was Delta that earned the 26-24 win. The Lady Dinos came out swinging once again in the third set, but Delta had all the answers as they claimed another 25-19 win to close the Lady Dinos out and drop them into the consolation round.

The Lady Dinos will now face the Manti Templars at 12:00 p.m.. This will be the third time these two teams have squared off this season. Back in September, the Templars visited Price, and the Lady Dinos collected the win in straight sets: 28-26, 25-10, and 25-23. Then, on October 15 in Manti, Carbon won in four sets, 22-25, 25-23, 25-21, and 25-19.
