Carbon claimed victories over Manti in their region meetings, but the Templars proved that it is, in fact, challenging to beat the same team three times in the same season.

In the second half, the Lady Dinos jumped out with a pair of goals by Kenzie Morgan and Blythe Bradford to put Carbon up 2-0. In the 10-minute overtime period, both teams knew that the next goal would win the contest, and they played like it. The Templars and the Dinos turned up the defensive heat even more, and just when it looked as though the competition would go into a second overtime period, Manti snuck one past Madi Barlow to take the 3-2 victory, ending the Dinos’ season.
Carbon closes the 2025 campaign with an 18-3 overall mark with the No. 2 spot in the final rankings.
Congratulations to the Carbon Lady Dino soccer team for their 2025 campaign, and looking forward to all the young talent returning in 2026.
