Sallie Anna Jensen Paxton, age 89, passed away in the early morning hours of Sunday, November 16, 2025, with family by her side at Pinnacle Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Price, Utah.

Per Sallie Anna’s wishes; she was cremated and a graveside service will take place at a later date.
