Wednesday night, the Lady Dino wrestling squad welcomed the Grantsville Cowboys in a dual meet with the boys’ team. Grabbing four wins in 14 matches, the Lady Dinos were handed a 60-24 loss.
At 110 pounds, Kallie Lefler earned a win by pin over Isabella Pitino. Brookleigh Unworth earned a victory at 130 pounds over Mikaylie Ashby.
At 170 pounds, Rickelle Collins earned a win by pin over Caroline Mecham, and Knightlee Winder got a win at 235 pounds over Grantsville’s Chloe Marie Saturnino.
Up next for the Lady Dinos is the Christmas Clash in Farmington on Friday and Saturday. They will then take a break until December 28 & 29, when they take part in the Beehive invitational in Juab.
