The Price City International Days golf tournament will return to the Carbon Country Club on Saturday, August 1. This fun morning on the course draws golfers of all abilities, from the serious to casual.
The tournament has become one of the best traditions for local competition, and always fills up quickly.
Each tee box will include free items provided by sponsors for each team. There will also be a putting contest, giving each participant a chance to win one of four $100 gift certificates, as well as a $ 100,000 hole-in-one contest. Trophies will be awarded to the top teams, along with cash prizes and lunch.
Another great thing about the tournament is that all profits will go back into the community through Price City donations.
“If anybody walks away not having a lot of fun, then they showed up a little too grouchy, that’s for sure”, Nick Tatton with Price City said.
The cost of the tournament is $125 per team member for the four-person scramble ($500 total). After July 1st, the price increases to $150 per person ($600 total). Includes green fees and carts. Registration priority is given to paid team entries received in the order received. Only one person on each team may have an eight-handicap or better, and the team’s total handicap must be 40 or better.
