
Frances Blackham Cunningham, completed her earthly mission and returned home to the loving arms of our Heavenly Father on February 23, 2026, with a multitude of her posterity surrounding her in her last days.
Frances was born October 22, 1931, in Kenilworth to Lester and Frances Smyth Blackham; as the 3rd of seven children. She married her soulmate, Harold, on June 29, 1950, and together they raised 11 children in Spring Glen.
Frances had a great love for learning, music, family, and her Savior. Her faith was truly her core, and everyone she met was witness to such by her sweet spirit and countenance. She was a proud, life-long member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She and Harold served in the Bangalore mission as humanitarian missionaries in Madras, India, and Singapore. She served many positions throughout the years, including serving 10 years at the Manti Temple.
Preceded in death by her parents, Lester and Frances; sweetheart, Harold; one sister; four brothers; three daughters, Jacquelyn (Wayne), Karen, and Mary Frances; two sons, Dale and Harold, Jr.; and one grandson, Christopher.
Frances is survived by one brother, Frank; her children, Darrell (Ilene), David (Lanore), Richard (Tracy), John (Laurie), James (Holly), Marilyn (Cliff), and daughter-in-law, Joyce; 38 grandchildren, 92 great-grandchildren, and 15 great-great-grandchildren.
The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to the staff at the Heirloom Inn, whom she loved greatly, for all the care and love they showed her during her final years.

Graveside Service, Thursday, February 26, 2026, 12:30 p.m., Price City Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 (noon) at Mitchell Funeral Home (233 East Main Street) in Price prior to traveling to the cemetery.
