Looking to continue their charitable efforts across the Castle Country, the WildBunch Bike Family plans to host a fundraiser banquet and auction on Saturday, March 14.

Don Gardner from the WildBunch joined the KOAL newsroom to discuss the purpose of the event and what the affair will entail.

“We’re just trying to raise our coffers so that we can help other individuals in extreme need,” explained Gardner. “We’ll also be accepting any donations. Anything that we can auction, money, anything that will help raise funds.”

Giving a behind-the-scenes look at the planning process, Gardner shared,” It’s a lot of conversations. We’ve done a couple of auctions at a couple of the fundraisers, like our pool tournaments and stuff like that, and they worked out really well.”

Items up for auction include an assortment of gift baskets and antique items that attendees will be competing for. In addition to the auction, the fundraiser will be catered by Angel’s Craving for $10 per plate.

Looking ahead, Gardner shared what comes next for the WildBunch: “We’ve got poker runs planned for first responders. We’ve got other events in the works. So we’re going to make things happen and try to help as many people as we can.

The WildBunch Bike Family’s fundraiser banquet and auction arrives in Emery County on Saturday, March 14, at the Castle Dale Rec Center from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. For more information, contact Angela Richardson at 435-749-0307 or visit the WildBunch Bike Family on Facebook or at WildBunchBikeFamily.org.
