Four members of the Lady Spartan basketball team were awarded All-State Honors on Tuesday. Aleeyah Cowley and Kabree Gordon were named to the second team, and both Megan Stilson and Addie Hurst received honorable mention for the 2025-26 season. The awards are voted on by coaches from across the 3A classification from a list of nominated players.

Gordon, a senior, scored 187 total points in 17 games played, giving her 11.5 points per contest. Her highest point output came against American Heritage when she put up 26 in a 78-61 win. She also had an impressive 95% free-throw percentage and was a 31% shooter from beyond the three-point line.

Cowley, a junior, led the Lady Spartans, averaging 11.7 points per game and 5.8 rebounds per game. On January 8, she put up 23 points in a win over Manti. She also pulled down 12 rebounds in the Spartans’ win over Salem Hills.

Senior Megan Stilson was given an Honorable Mention for the season as she led the Lady Spartans with a 47% field goal percentage. She put those skills on display in a 62-57 win over Grantsville, scoring 22.

Hurst earned an Honorable Mention as a senior for Emery, averaging 7.5 points per contest. She carried a 30% three-point average and scored 16 in the Spartans’ win over Juab.
