
Debra Kay Paletta (Debbie), 68 of Price, Utah passed on March 23, 2026, after battling diabetes and COPD.
Debbie was born on February 11, 1958 to James and Betty Drolc Paletta in Price, Utah.
On February 14, 1976, she married William A. Vigor in Ely, Nevada, they later divorced.
She was baptized Roman Catholic in the St. Anthony Catholic Church in Helper, Utah. In her youth she enjoyed activities such as bowling, playing pool, being a cheerleader at Helper Jr. High as well as playing flute in the school’s band. She also loved to dance, listen to music and hang out with friends.
She enjoyed fishing and hunting, and she could spot a deer 100 yards away. She loved to go to Wendover and play slots with family and friends. She also loved to play card games such as rummy, Uno and war at her house. At one point she was the owner of Sunshine Video in Helper, Utah. She was also a teacher aide at Sally Mauro Elementary School in Helper. In her final days, she spent them at Parkdale Assisted Living Facility where she enjoyed playing games on her phone and making arts and crafts items. She was so good at the crafts that the nurses staff asked to keep the finished items.
