Belinda Limberis Graff, 59, passed away peacefully on May 2, 2026, in Elmo, Utah, surrounded by love and care.
She was born on May 20, 1966, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Thracy and Nota Limberis, who immigrated from Greece to establish a new life. Her Greek roots ran deep, a connection to her parents’ immigrant journey and the traditions that shaped her. That heritage was a source of comfort, identity, and pride throughout her life.
Belinda was a true original. Spirited, sharp‑witted, and unforgettable. She had a smile that arrived early, stayed late, and often came paired with a perfectly timed comeback. Even on the hard days, she found ways to bring levity to the people around her. She loved being outside, especially when she could feel the sun on her skin; it was one of the simple joys that brought her peace.
She is survived by her mother, Nota Limberis; her sister, Noula (James) Lowe; her brother, Loren (Jaclyn) Limberis; her children, Ariel (Damian) Ogas and Spencer (Destiny) Graff; her beloved grandsons, Cooper and Dean Graff; her nephew, Peter Mantas; and her nieces, Katerina Mantas and Katelyn Limberis.
She was preceded in death by her father, Thracy Limberis; companion, Eugene Pietruszewski; brother-in-law, Dr. John Mantas; cousin, Larry Limberis; grandparents, and numerous aunts and uncles.
Those who knew Belinda will remember her unmistakable spark. She was deeply loved by her family and friends, and she leaves behind a space that cannot be filled. Though she faced many challenges, she is now free from pain, and her memory will continue and always be carried in the hearts of those who knew her.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at GoodLife Senior Care in Elmo, Utah, and Symbii Home Health and Hospice for their devoted and compassionate care.
May her memory be eternal.
Arrangements entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home of Price and Huntington where friends and family are always welcome daily and may share memories of Belinda online at www.mitchellfuneralhome.net.
