The Carbon boys’ basketball squad will host the Second Annual Future Dinos Basketball Camp in June. The three-day camp will be split into two different age groups, and registration is now open.

The Dinos finished the 2025-2026 season with a 9-14 overall mark, going 4-4 in Region 13 play and closing the regular season ranked No. 11 in the final rankings. They fell in their opening round game on the road in Delta, 57-53.

The camp will start on June 11 and will run for three days in the gym at Carbon High. The instruction will focus on fundamentals such as dribbling, shooting, passing, and free throws. The Carbon Dino basketball coaching staff and players will teach the fact that the game is more than just running up and down the floor and shooting the ball.

The camp will begin at 10:00 a.m., with 3rd-5th graders taking to the floor until 11:30 p.m. At 1:00 p.m., the 6th-8th graders will take to the floor until 3:00 p.m.

The cost for 3rd-5th grade is $30, and the 6th-8th grade session will be $40. You will want to sign up early, as you will receive a t-shirt while supplies last.
