Leo L. Keiser, Jr., father, brother, grandfather, great grandfather and friend passed away on November 16, 2024 at the age of 81 surrounded by his family.

Leo was born on March 30, 1943 to Leo L Keiser Sr. and Veneta Garner of Bristol, PA. He along with his four siblings grew up in Bristol, PA. Leo graduated from Bishop Egan Catholic High School of Fairless Hill, PA.  He graduated on a Saturday afternoon and enlisted into the United States ir Force by Monday, June 12, 1961.

Leo was most happy spending time with family and close friends. His other love in life was fishing and spending time outdoors. You could always see him sightseeing with a drive in the mountains.  Sitting still was never his forte.

Leo worked for multiple Telephone Companies nationwide during his 36 year career as a Cable Splicer and Union Representative. Retiring from Carbon/Emery Telcom in 2006.

He is survived by his children, Michele Baker (Jim); Michael Keiser (Virginia); brothers John Keiser (Nancy); Joe Keiser; sisters, Margaret Lee (Fran) and Louise Fryer (Rick) with many nieces and nephews along with grandchildren and great grandchildren. He adopted a family as his own in Shannon and Bart World with children, Zach, Madalyn and Bryson.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Amelia Keiser; parents, Leo and Veneta Keiser; brother in law Fran.

There will be no services per Leo’s request. Family and friends will gather at a later date next summer to celebrate Leo’s life. Arrangements entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home of Price and
