This week Dave and Ryan talk about Napoleon, the latest movie from Ridley Scott starring Joaquin Phoenix, and while we're talking about movies based based in historty we'll talk about period movies and we revisit one of Dave's favorite segments CGI vs. Practical effects.

Ryan takes over the host seat this week and is joined by special guest fill-in, Jordan Buscarini who sits in for Dave. With the release of Boarderlands, Ryan and Jordan talk about video games inspired by movies and movies inspired by video games, including Dick Tracy, the near impossible NES game. With the anniversary of Elvis Presley's death coming up in a week, the two discussed singers turned actors. Plus, with summer hitting its end the two talked about their favorite summer flicks.

This week, Ryan is gone, and Dave invites Josh Smith and Jason Olsen to come in and talk about A Minecraft Movie. Then, they take the final two segments to discuss superhero movies releasing this summer, and Avengers: Doomsday.
