Tamra Denise Sparrow Graham, lovingly known as Tammy, passed away peacefully on July 15, 2025, in Price, Utah, surrounded by her family. She was 65 years old.
Tammy was born on January 8, 1960, in Ogden, Utah, to Robert Truman Sparrow and JoAnn Lea Hagge Sparrow. She was a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose warmth and compassion touched everyone she met.
Tammy lived a life full of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories. She took joy in creating happy moments with her family and friends and was always someone you could count on. Known for wearing many hats throughout her life—mother, grandmother, sister, friend, and “Boss Lady”—Tammy embraced each role with heart and grace.
Among the many titles she held, the one she treasured most was “Grandma Big Hair,” a nickname affectionately given to her by her grandchildren. Her happiest times were those spent with her loved ones, whether on grand adventures or in life’s simple moments. Holidays were especially dear to her, and she had a gift for making every celebration magical.
In August 2021, Tammy suffered a life-altering stroke. Over the following four years, she showed incredible strength, grace, and resilience. Despite the challenges, she never failed to share her beautiful smile or remind her family how deeply she loved them.
Tammy is survived by her devoted husband, Theodore Graham; her sons, Mitchell (Raelynne) Graham and Matthew Graham; and her beloved grandchildren, Brendan Graham and Breanna (Denver) Graham, all of Price, Utah. She is also survived by her brothers, Kevin (Terri) Sparrow of Eagle, Idaho, Scott (Brenda) Sparrow of Ogden, Utah, and Shawn (Wendy) Sparrow of Maine; as well as her former daughter-in-law, Stacy Best of Delta, Utah; and many cherished nieces, nephews, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and JoAnn Sparrow; and her nephew, Alex Sparrow.
A Celebration of Life will be held on August 9, 2025, at the Best Western “Surestay” Price, Utah
