A cacophony of delicious smells filled the air on the afternoon of Monday, Aug. 18, as members of the public gathered for the ribbon-cutting ceremony for Rolberto’s Mexican Food, the newest restaurant to make its way to the Castle Country.

Speaking at the affair was owner/operator Paola Torres, who proclaimed,” We are excited to be in the city. Everybody, come in.”

After an initial struggle, Torres was able to cut the ribbon in two, officially christening the restaurant.

Entering Rolberto’s customers will find a freshly remodeled interior, with their taste buds experiencing the taste of fresh and authentic Mexican cuisine.

Speaking of her favorite menu item, Torres couldn’t decide which dish stood out the most. “ I like the carne asada, fajitas, enchiladas and the breakfast burritos are really good. Yeah, everything is good.”

Rolberto’s is located at 212 State Highway 55 in Price. A full menu can be viewed online at rolbertosprice.com.
